Meredith has studied yoga for 26 years. She was very lucky to have certified in yoga with Alan Finger at Yoga Zone in 2000 in the ISHTA yoga tradition (Integrated System of Hatha and Tantra and Aurvedic yoga). She was then incredibly blessed to have studied with Desikichar the founder of viniyoga. She has intensely studied yoga with an Iyengar trained teacher and a Kripalu trained teacher. She has been honored to have worked as an orthopedic phyiscal therapist since 2000 and has treated thousands of orthopedic injuries successfully. She raises her super yogi daughter Piper and two enlightened yogic cats in West Hurley NY. She can't wait to share her amazing philosophy and chanting in a vinyasa style yoga class for all levels! Some poses will be held as in a yin yoga class as well. Everyone is welcome!
