Substitutions for this week
- Thursday Sep 2nd at 6:30 PM will be taught by Laura
- Yoga classes are generally an hour and a half long, Pilates classes are generally an hour.
- Classes that will be taught by a substitute will be noted in Red. Last minute substitutions may happen without us being able to give advance notice.
- In the event of bad weather conditions please call the center no earlier than 45 minutes before class time to check out going message for class cancelations.
Class Price List:
- Single Class $16.
- 5 Class card $75 ($15 per class/ two month expiration).
- 10 Class card $140 ( $14 per class/ three month expiration).
- Community Class: $5.

Class Levels:
- Level 1/ Basics - Is a class designed to meet the needs of students that are new to the Yoga practice or for students that wish to have a less vigorous and slower moving class. Detailed alignment instruction is provided.
- Level 1-2/ Slow Vinyasa- Is a class which serves students that wish to transition from a Basics level to an intermediate level class. Simple Vinyasa ( flowing from posture to posture with breath awareness) as well as held postures and alignment instruction will be incorporated.
- Level 2/ Vinyasa-Is a faster paced class in which more advanced postures will be incorporated with many variations to meet your specific abilities. Not recommended for beginners.
- Restorative- Restorative yoga is a gentle, completely supportive practice that is designed to bring stillness to the body and the mind. Long-held poses use props (blankets, blocks and bolsters) to support proper bone alignment while releasing muscular tension. Personalized adjustments will enable you to take get the maximum benefit of these powerfully therapeutic poses.
- Jivamukti Open-In a Jivamukti Open class you work at your own pace, following the teacher's constant guidance. A typical Open class consists of flowing vinyasa sequences partnered with Sanskrit chanting, traditional Vedic and contemporary teachings and commentary, breath awareness, meditation, hands-on alignment, and relaxation. You will do sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students. Exuberant, eclectic music plays an integral role.
- Community Class -is a mixed-level flow yoga class available to the community at a rock-bottom rate of $5. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, come and experience a joyful opening and strengthening of the body and spirit.
- Pilates- Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath, alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. These will be Mat classes open to all levels.
