Kimberly is a poet, writer, artist and college professor living and working in the Catskills with her partner, also a poet, and her two daughters. Originally from the South, she began to study yoga in 1998 after moving to New York City. Ten years later, she completed her 200-hour training at Sadhana Yoga in Hudson with Sondra Loring & Raghunath Cappo. She is currently working toward her 500-level certification in Prana Flow Yoga with Shiva Rea.
